ANNUAL MEETING - On Saturday September 5th, please attend the Annual Meeting of Property Owners and Water Users. We will meet at the Garage at 1:00 PM.  It is important for a representative from each household to attend as we have important information to relay to all of you.

PETS - There are still unleashed and unsecured pets roaming the neighborhood.  This is bothersome for a number of reasons: Your animal may be injured by a vehicle. Neighbors who do not know your pet may be alarmed when they show up on their property.  Your animal may not be aggressive, but if your animal is unleashed and approaches another homeowner's pet who is aggressive, there can be an altercation resulting in injury to a homeowner or their pet. Please respect this!

SPEED LIMIT - Please observe the posted speed limit when travelling through the subdivision.  There are several, nearly-blind curves and dips on our roads and wild animals that roam throughout our neighborhood that can dart out in front of you without warning. Let's keep everyone safe including our wildlife!  Excessive speed also increases wear and tear on our roads which we all pay to maintain.

BOARD MEETINGS - Anyone is welcome to attend our regular board meetings. The date, time and location of those meetings will be announced here.  This is your opportunity to provide your input into what is happening in your community!
